Most likely Allie code locations
For Allie, start with the tube crimp. If the outer box is missing, move to the box flap and then the bottle base.
Check the label around each marking to distinguish the production lot from product references; position and character count alone do not identify a lot.

Numbers to ignore
Do not enter the retail EAN/UPC product number, shade number, SKU, ingredient registration number, or volume marking as the batch. Some scannable codes contain additional fields; use only an explicitly identified lot field, not the entire scan.
If several Allie codes appear, identify the production lot from its label and the instructions for that product. Length alone cannot identify it. Keep every mark with its original location and never trim a longer identifier to make it fit.
When the print is hard to read
Embossed or low-contrast batch codes are easier to read with side lighting. Take a photo, zoom in, and preserve leading zeroes, separators, and letter case.
If the box and container disagree, check whether one string is a product reference. Preserve both markings separately while confirming their purpose.
Allie product and package context
Inspect tube crimps, bottle and compact bases, rear labels, balm or stick containers, eyebrow barrels, mini packages, and cartons for a compact production mark. The JAN number, color 01 or 03, SPF50+ and PA++++, UV-water-resistance stars, 90 g size, regulatory sales name, and limited-package artwork are product identifiers rather than batch codes.
Chrono Beauty Gel UV EX is a 90 g face-and-body gel, while Facial Gel UV is a face-oriented primer format; Smooth Milk, Color Tuning, Tone Up, primer, hair balm, cheek, and luster products have different handling and application areas. Kao notes that formulations and instructions can change, so the current package label takes priority over an older online listing or a general lot estimate.
